He has worked alongside SINOSURE for more than a decade on complex insured and uninsured exposures and has acted as Chief Representative Officer in China.

A credit-management and commercial professional with 17 years' continuous service in B2B credit — responsible for the underwriting interface, onboarding, account stewardship and recovery escalation. An earlier IBM mainframe-engineering career gives him a structured, evidence-based approach to exposure monitoring.

Vincent is the senior point of contact across Greater China and the wider Asia-Pacific region, bringing ten years across credit management, debt collection and the full credit-insurance suite. A former SINOSURE headquarters practitioner with a rare dual background in finance and law.

A PRC-qualified lawyer with 30+ years' practice — Partner & Deputy Director at Shanghai Asia-Pacific Great Wall (Nantong) and an arbitrator at the Nantong Arbitration Commission. Focused on bankruptcy, restructuring and cross-border enforcement, he gives Hartmark courtroom-grade depth across China.
